ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Aroma: fruity, with notes of pear and apple, complemented by citrus and floral aromas, particularly wisteria and acacia.
Taste: fresh and dry, pleasant and elegant.
Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with light first courses, especially delicate risottos.
Serving temperature: 6–8°C
Storage: in a cool place, protected from light and heat sources.
