Production area: our own vineyards on the hills of the upper Treviso area.
Grape varieties: 100% Glera.
Harvest period: mid-September.
Harvesting: exclusively by hand.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Aroma: intense and fragrant, reminiscent of apple and grapefruit, with floral notes of wisteria and acacia.
Taste: fresh, savoury and harmonious, with an elegant fruity finish.
Food pairings: ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with snacks and shellfish, as well as light first courses, fish and omelettes.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C.
Storage: in a cool place, protected from light and heat sources.
