White Wine from the Treviso Hills IGT
Production area: our own vineyards on the hills of the upper Treviso area.
Grape varieties: 100% Pinot.
Harvest period: early September.
Harvesting: exclusively by hand.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: deep straw yellow.
Aroma: pleasantly fruity, with hints of peach, pear and sweet almond, complemented by notes of wildflowers.
Taste: full-bodied and assertive, with a well-balanced savoury character.
Food pairings: pairs well with fish dishes, white meat main courses and soft cheeses.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
Storage: in a cool place, protected from light and heat sources.
