Grape varieties: 100% Cabernet.
Harvest period: late September.
Harvesting: exclusively by hand.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Colour: ruby red with violet hues.
Aroma: intense, slightly herbaceous, with pronounced notes of red berries and violets.
Taste: full-bodied and round, with good structure and pleasant tannins, a savoury, persistent finish and a spicy aftertaste.
Food pairings: suitable throughout the meal, excellent with roasts and game, and ideal with hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16/18° C.
Storage: in a cool place, protected from light and heat sources.
